Return & Refund


If you are unsatisfied with your products from Tropernic Security Inc (Tropernic). For any reason, you have thirty days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

1. The products have to be proved that it was bought from our official webstore;

2. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.

3. Tropernic might not bear the shipment cost for return back. Please confirm with us in ahead for the shipment details.

4. Once the product required for refund & return, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.

Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or Paypal and only in US dollars.


Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Tropernic determines that:

The charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Tropernic 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If you return Product Tropernic without all parts included in the original package or with damaged parts; Tropernic retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two weeks of Tropernic receipt and verification of return product.
