How do I choose a smart lock for my door?
Start with the door material, thickness, opening direction, mortise type, mortise dimensions and available installation space. Door photos and measurements help us check compatibility before you order.
What is the difference between Tuya and TTLock?
Tuya models connect with the wider Tuya smart-home ecosystem through the Tuya or Smart Life app. TTLock models use the TTLock app for user management, temporary passcodes and access records; with a compatible gateway, they can also connect with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
Which system is suitable for hotels and apartments?
TTLock Hotel is designed for multi-room and managed-property applications. It supports room access, temporary credentials, staff permissions and centralized management workflows.
Can you add our logo and customize the packaging?
Yes. Custom logo and packaging options are available for selected models and order quantities. Send us the models, quantity and branding requirements for confirmation.
What information is required before placing an order?
Please provide the door type, photos, key dimensions, required quantity, destination country, preferred unlocking methods and whether you need Tuya, TTLock or TTLock Hotel.
Do you provide installation guidance and after-sales support?
We provide compatibility checks, setup guidance and product support, together with a one-year warranty. If a product quality issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage or improper installation, we will provide replacement parts as appropriate. Because door conditions vary, professional fitting should be completed by a qualified local installer when required.
